Blog Post Analysis

Writing weekly blog posts seemed daunting at first but it quickly became something to look forward to each week. Diving in to a new topic and having to write about it is such a fantastic way to learn and absorb knowledge.

My most popular blog post that I wrote was my Paid Search article with 633 impressions and counting. Never did I think I would have this much traffic on a piece of my own writing, it's a cool feeling :)

What is a T-Shaped Marketer?

A T-Shaped Marketer refers to a marketing expert that has a broad knowledge of any area but extends their knowledge to become an expert in one or two fields.

One area that I am very interested in learning more about is Paid Search. That topic was the most interesting to me and also happened to be my most successful blog post. We learned a lot that day hearing from Brian Hewlett as the guest speaker as well!

Looking Forward

I am graduating this summer with my Bachelors in Business Administration - Marketing Concentration. I am applying to the Western Washington University MBA Program to hopefully begin this fall and I am so excited to be continuing my education (and getting the chance to stay at WWU a little bit longer)!

This quarter has been extremely rewarding and I finally (sort of) have an idea of what marketing career path I would like to go down, so thanks Mark!
